Yearly Galleo Pro plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase and are non-refundable.
Yearly plans: 30-day money-back
Personal, Studio and Agency yearly plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Galleo Pro isn’t right for you, email us within 30 days of the payment and we’ll refund it in full. It applies to your first payment and to each yearly renewal.
Lifetime licenses: non-refundable
A lifetime license is a one-time payment that includes updates for life, so it can’t be refunded. Not sure yet? Try the free version first, or start with a yearly plan, which has the 30-day guarantee.
How refunds work

Write to contact@galleo3d.com from the address you bought with, within 30 days of the payment.
We refund through Stripe
The full amount goes back to the card you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
Your license is closed
The license key is disabled, so Galleo Pro stops getting updates and downloads. Please remove Pro from your sites. Galleries that use the six free layouts keep working with the free plugin.
